Weight: bench: 15lb dumbbells
kickbacks: 10lb dumbbell
Reps: bench: 75
kickbacks: 25 (per arm)
if under 75 reps of bench in 4 minutes:
subtract total bench reps from 100.
This number = reps for kickbacks per arm.
Example: 50 dumbbell bench reps in 4min
= 50 dumbbell kickbacks per arm.
Time: 8 minutes Total.
4 minutes for dumbbell bench. if 75 reps
complete within 4 minutes then you can
perform kickbacks before 4min mark. if 75
reps not complete you cannot begin kickbacks
until 4 minutes have passed.
