    Plank to Pushups
        10 reps/side (3 sets)

  • Circuit 2 
    Plate Punch Squat
        25lb x 15 (3 sets)
    DB Reverse Flye
        10lb x 15 (3 sets)

  • Circuit 
    Jumping Jacks
        25 (3 sets)
    DB Front & Lateral Raise
        10lb DBs x 10 front (3 sets)
        & 10 lateral (3 sets)
