This number = reps for kickbacks per arm. Example: 50 dumbbell bench reps in 4min = 50 dumbbell kickbacks per arm. Time: 8 minutes Total. 4 minutes for dumbbell bench. if 75 reps complete within 4 minutes then you can perform kickbacks before 4min mark. if 75 reps not complete you cannot begin kickbacks until 4 minutes have passed. |
